As an exhibitor, whether you're a long-timer, experienced in the ways of exhibiting, or a first-timer thrown in the deep end, you are bound to have an array of questions about every aspect of exhibiting. For each GME the processes differ slightly as technology and procedures are improved. Here are some topics with questions and answer to help you through.
Q. What is the Exhibitor Manual?
A. The Exhibitor Manual is a vital tool and should be central to all your exhibition planning. The manual is designed to help you make the most of the opportunities available to you as an exhibitor. Many of the opportunities available are FREE OF CHARGE, you simply need to complete the relevant forms and return them before the deadline. The deadline dates are crucial. Please make the time to ensure that you meet all the deadlines - it will save you inconvenience and expense later!
Q. When can I access the Exhibitor Manual?
A. The Exhibitor Manual we be up and running mid 2008.
Q. How can I access the Exhibitor Manual?
A. You will receive an email with the subject title "GME Exhibitor Manual Access". This email will contain your Username and Password. Do not delete this email. Read it, save it and file it for future reference.

Q. Who should have access to your Username and Password?
A. You should keep your log-in details private. If you have several staff in your company working on GME they should have their own log-in access. Ask your staff to contact Emma Hillier - Exhibitor Coordinator via email or phone 02 9422 2955 to have a Username and Password issued.
Reed Exhibitions does not release log-in details to contractors to access the Exhibitor Manual. It is your responsibility to provide any non-official contractors/suppliers working with your company with information they request from the Exhibitor Manual. It is also your choice whether or not to disclose your log-in details to them for access to the Exhibitor Manual.
Q. Where do I access the Exhibitor Manual?
A. Simply click on the "Exhibitor Login" button located on the right of your screen and you will be redirected to https://online.reedexhibitions.com.au/, a secure website where you will enter your Username and Password.
This button is only visible on exhibitor related information pages. If you can't see this button it means you are viewing a visitor related or general information page.
You can also access the Exhibitor Manual via the url link https://online.reedexhibitions.com.au/ in your "GME Exhibitor Manual Access" email.
Q. I haven't received my Username and Password?
A. First things first, check that an email with the subject "GME Exhibitor Manual Access" has not been automatically filed in your junk, spam or deleted items folder. If you find it, please add gme@reedexhibitions.com.au to your known "Contacts" so any future emails will not slip by unnoticed.

Q. I can't find my Username and Password. What should I do?
A. You remember reading, saving and filing it for future reference. In fact, you filed it in such a safe place you can't find it! Don't worry, your next step is to to have your Username and Password reset by contacting Emma Hillier - Exhibitor Coordinator via email or phone 02 9422 2955.
If you find it after your password has been reset, delete it, as it will no longer give you access.
Q. My Password isn't working. What should I do?
A. Refer back to your "GME Exhibitor Manual Access" email. Check you are entering the correct details from your most recent email. Still no luck? Contact Emma Hillier - Exhibitor Coordinator via email or phone 02 9422 2955 to have your password reset.

Q. How do I complete the Online Forms?
A. Simply click on ‘Complete the Online Forms’ - Step 2. Now you can view all the forms, click on the blue links to enter the online forms. When you have filled in, checked and double checked the information you provided you can now click 'Save and Submit'.
Q. I have already submitted a form, can I change it?
A. You can change any information that you provide on your forms up until the deadline. Everytime you re-save your form ONLY THE NEW INFORMATION is captured. Anything saved prior is saved over.
Q. Where has the 'Save' button gone?
A. The Save button goes missing for 2 reasons. The first is that you are trying to complete the form after the cut-off date. You will need to contact Emma Hillier - Exhibitor Coordinator via email or phone 02 9422 2955 to submit the information required in each overdue form.
The second is that you are viewing the forms in the 'Printer Friendly'. Simply click the 'Back' button on your browser, then click on the 'Complete the Online Forms' hyperlink, located above view 'Printer Friendly'.
